Order Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, brand assets, content, images, platform access, and any required instructions before work begins.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on the selected product, package, project scope, and client response time. Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may extend the delivery timeline.
Revisions
Revisions are provided based on the selected package, product description, or agreed project scope. Requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Digital File Usage
Delivered templates and files are for the client’s own business or project use. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the delivered files as your own product is not allowed unless written permission is given.
Payments
Orders placed through this website may be processed using WooCommerce-supported payment methods or third-party payment providers. Orders placed through Fiverr are handled under Fiverr’s own payment and order system.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Digital products and custom service work may not be refundable once work has started or files have been delivered.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered work, testing files in their own tools or platforms, and providing feedback within a reasonable time.
Third-Party Platforms
We may create or customize work for platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, WooCommerce, WordPress, or other tools. Third-party platform issues, policy changes, or account limitations are outside our control.
Fiverr Orders
If you choose to order through Fiverr, Fiverr’s terms, order process, cancellation rules, and dispute system will apply.
Limitation of Liability
EmailDesigner.net is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, platform restrictions, email provider issues, or results affected by factors outside our control, such as list quality, sender reputation, audience behavior, or third-party platform performance.
