EmailDesigner.net provides digital email design services, email templates, and related project-based work. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, revisions, cancellations, and digital deliveries are handled.

Digital Products and Services

Our products and services are digital. This may include HTML email templates, editable email templates, email design services, email marketing setup, automation setup, and related project files.

Because digital files and custom service work cannot be physically returned, refunds are handled differently from physical product returns.

Before Work Starts

If you place an order by mistake and work has not started yet, you may contact us as soon as possible. If no work has started and no digital files have been delivered, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where possible.

After Work Has Started

Once design, setup, development, customization, or project work has started, refunds are generally not available. This is because time, planning, design work, and technical effort are already being used for the project.

After Digital Delivery

After a digital template, design file, HTML file, editable template, or completed project file has been delivered, refunds are not available unless there is a clear technical issue that we cannot resolve.

Revisions

We aim to deliver work according to the order details and project requirements. If something needs adjustment, we will provide revisions based on the package, product description, or agreed project scope.

Refunds are not provided only because of personal preference changes after delivery, unclear instructions provided by the client, or requests that are outside the original project scope.

Technical Issues

If a delivered file has a technical issue, please contact us with details and screenshots. We will review the issue and try to fix it. If the issue cannot be fixed and it is clearly our responsibility, we may offer a refund or partial refund depending on the situation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing correct project details, brand assets, text, images, platform access, and other required information. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect delivery time.

Fiverr Orders

If you order through Fiverr, Fiverr’s own order, cancellation, dispute, and refund policies will apply. Please manage Fiverr-related orders directly through the Fiverr platform.
